       SAR測(cè)試是指電磁波吸收比值或比吸收率，在CE認(rèn)證中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用限值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

       EN 62209-1-2006 Human exposure to radio frequency fields from hand-held and body-mounted wireless communication  devices — Human models, instrumentation, and procedures —Part 1: Procedure to determine the specific absorption rate (SAR) for  hand-held devices used in close proximity to the ear (frequency range  of 300 MHz to 3 GHz)

       EN 62209-2-2010 Human exposure to radiofrequency fields from hand-held and body mounted wireless communication devices — Human models, instrumentation, and procedures Part 2: Procedure to determine the specific absorption rate (SAR) for wireless communication devices used in close proximity to the human body(frequency range of 30 MHz to 6 GHz) 

       EN 62479-2010 Assessment of the compliance of low power electronic and electrical apparatus with the basic restrictions related to human exposure to electromagnetic fields (10 MHz - 300 GHz)

       其中，技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 62209-2-2010作為產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 50566‐2013的技術(shù)規(guī)范性文件，定義body SAR檢測(cè)距離，由產(chǎn)品制造商按照定義其產(chǎn)品預(yù)期使用的典型距離。如手機(jī)類， body SAR可定義并采用10 mm/ 15 mm作為評(píng)估距離。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)重大變更        

       2014年，法國(guó)對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 50566‐2013提出異議，指出應(yīng)考慮便攜和移動(dòng)式產(chǎn)品的具體使用條件，并應(yīng)提出body SAR 的評(píng)估距離。歐盟經(jīng)過評(píng)估后認(rèn)為該提議合理，需對(duì)EN50566進(jìn)行修訂補(bǔ)充，內(nèi)容如下：    

       警示:基于安全性目標(biāo),結(jié)合指令1999/5/EC的Article 3(1)(a)條款以及附件I 至指令2006/95/ EC，規(guī)定在使用此測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)應(yīng)符合相關(guān)間隔距離的規(guī)定，并能反映出設(shè)備實(shí)際日常使用時(shí)的真實(shí)情況，確保公眾在使用（30MHz－6GHz）手持式和身體佩戴式無線通信設(shè)備時(shí)的安全性。 舉例說明，對(duì)于肢體SAR評(píng)估（限值為4W/kg），測(cè)量間隔距離為0（設(shè)備直接接觸模型）；對(duì)于身體body SAR（限值為2W/kg），測(cè)量間隔距離可以是幾mm。 【W(wǎng)arning: The application of this publication shall observe certain conditions relating to the separation distance, reflecting the practical day to day use, ensuring the safe use of handheld and body‐mounted wireless communication devices used by the general public (30 MHz ‐ 6 GHz), for the purposes of the safety objectives provided for in Article 3 (1) (a) of Directive 1999/5/EC, in conjunction with Annex I to Directive 2006/95/EC. For example, for limb SAR measurements (limit 4 W/kg), no separation distance may be used (device in contact); for trunk SAR measurements (limit 2 W/kg) a separation distance of less than a few millimetres may be used.】     

       據(jù)悉，歐盟將很可能在近期，即2016年中，推行：肢體SAR測(cè)量（限值為4W/kg），測(cè)量間隔距離為0；body SAR（限值為2W/kg），測(cè)量間隔距離為5mm。因此，對(duì)于近期計(jì)劃開展歐盟SAR檢測(cè)的項(xiàng)目各位負(fù)責(zé)人，同耀實(shí)驗(yàn)室特別提醒：請(qǐng)?zhí)崆白屑?xì)做好研發(fā)評(píng)估，避免在認(rèn)證時(shí)出現(xiàn)fail，而使整個(gè)認(rèn)證周期超出控制范圍。

       以下是實(shí)驗(yàn)室分別驗(yàn)證15mm/10mm/5mm/0mm Body SAR所得到的一組數(shù)據(jù)，供參考。
